Warren Consolidated Schools is proud to offer our community aLatchkey high-quality Latchkey program available before and after school for students in grades TK-5 who attend one of our twelve (12) elementary schools.

Latchkey programs provide supervised care on a regular basis for children during hours of the day when school is not in session and parents are not available. Some benefits include:

  • Peace of mind that your children are safe and well cared for in a nurturing, caring and fun environment.
  • An opportunity to engage in organized extracurricular activities outside of the classroom, while enhancing the family/school relationship.
  • Children have the opportunity to make friends and build relationships with individuals they would not otherwise encounter during the school day or out of school.
  • A healthier lifestyle of worthwhile activities.

 

WCS Latchkey Programs

Important Information

In order to ensure that all WCS families have the opportunity to participate in quality before and after school care, students must be registered in Latchkey and families must pre-select Latchkey dates of attendance a minimum of 2 weeks in advance (as space is available). Same day registration and “Drop-In” Latchkey Services are not available. 

After completing the registration process, parents will pre-select dates of attendance in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis until the attendance date(s) are full.

When selecting the attendance dates in advance, WCS respectfully requests that you only select those dates that you know your son/daughter will attend. Families will be charged for all pre-selected dates, regardless of whether or not the student attends.

Paying Your Latchkey Bill

Latchkey bills may be paid from any invoice that has been e-mailed to you or by going to the
RevTrak Parent Portal.

Payments are due on the 10th of each month.
