Adam Mazur-Baker appointed to the Warren Consolidated Board of Education

Adam Mazur-BakerThe Warren Consolidated Schools Board of Education appointed Adam Mazur-Baker as a Trustee at their October 1 special meeting. He fills the seat left vacant by Kyle Johnson, who resigned effective September 2, to pursue a job opportunity.

Mazur-Baker was sworn in at the Regular Board of Education Meeting on October 2 by 37th District Court judge, the Honorable Steven M. Bieda.

Mazur-Baker, a Warren resident, has lived in the district for 25 years. He is an alumnus of Warren Mott High School and currently has a student attending Warren Mott High School. Mazur-Baker is a Firefighter/Paramedic/Training Coordinator with the Warren Fire Department.

"I have always been very interested in the well-being of the students, staff, and families of the school district," Mazur-Baker said. "I was a student in WCS, my mother was an administrator in the district, and my oldest son currently attends Warren Mott. I would like to support the district and see it continue to grow and excel."
